I had a wonderful experience with my movers. They were prompt, professional, communicative, efficient, and courteous. My move was completed quickly and without issue. It couldn't have gone better. I would recommend this company (and have!) since my move this past weekend and would definitely use them again in future.

I didn't have much to move, but it was fragile, and sentimental value.
The movers TJ and Ryan were so professional, yet friendly and took care of my valuables as if they were their own.
Everything was packed so carefully, and handled with care.

Good experience at loading end but some issues at the unloading end - eg - blocking the washer and dryer with the furniture for the basement while the machines were on. Our grandson had to finally move the pieces to their proper spots.

I used the services of Two Men and a Truck so that a very large desk and hutch could be moved from one room to another in my home.
Nancy, the office scheduler, was very thoughtful and helpful re pricing and accommodating such a small job.
TJ and Wayne were friendly, professional, and very careful.

great service, i just don't think you should charge to rent mattress covers and items like this, these days, products of this nature should just be part of the service, ie, you take your car for a service and its washed free - that's service.

very courteous and helpful staff prior to and during the move. the problem is that there is apparently no interest in resolving issues with two damaged valuable items. the staff seem to be waiting to see if we will just drop it... we are quiet people, not the squeaky wheel. this is not something that should be left to that attitude. moving is moving... just about anyone can start a moving company. if you want to differentiate yourselves in the market it will be at times like this. you should be hungry to resolve situations like this to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

used them for packing as well as moving... giving complete control over protecting my property. several items were damaged or destroyed. the office is not at all eager to remedy the situation. I waited 3 days since reporting the damage to fill out this survey to see if they would want to help. I haven't heard from them.
I accept some risk when moving, ... things might break. But they need to own the issue and take action. Not wait to see if i'll press the issue.

Well, I was going to leave it alone, but you have sent several e-mails requesting our opinion,
and satisfaction, so, here it is!
1/ It initially took days to get a response, and after many (at least 6-7)
phone messages, and then several e-mail messages, we finally received a reply.
The explanation to us, was that they had a problem with their Internet, really?
2/ Moving is very stressful, we underestimated the number of boxes we had , we were told by the Mover in charge,
not to worry, they just make an estimate, and it was not a problem, as they only move the stuff, not price it.
That seemed nice, and we were grateful, after they loaded, we tipped each mover $50.
They Broke the leg off our buffet and the glass shade of a stand lamp, discovered after they left,
not nice!
