Everything was good however I was disappointed that a bookshelf and an interior wall were damaged in the move. The team did not use mats in the house I was leaving, so there was a substantial mess on the floors when they were done. Mats were used in the house that I moved into, however they were put down by the other team moving my boyfriends house. There was some challenges adding up the bill

booking was easy and efficient
the two men that took care of move were amazing, both really nice, respectful, funny and hard working.
only issue was in the end it cost a fair amount more than the estimate, but given how good the job was i guess it was well worth it

Overall it was fine, except I don't appreciate one of the movers at one point doing chin up hanging on to the edge of my second floor near the stairs.
That was dangerous and not professional.

Overall I was very pleased with Two Men and a Truck. The office team was fantastic and helpful; and I was impressed with the way my team wrapped each piece of furniture - either in shrink wrap or blankets. I was also impressed with their approach to loading the truck, so that the big pieces of furniture came into the new place first. And the smaller stuff could fit around the big pieces. However I did feel that they could have moved just a little faster. I understand about pacing and that it is hard physical work, but the move could easily have been done an hour, or more, sooner. Also there was a piece of furniture damaged through somewhat careless maneuvering. Not a big deal, but... also some broken glass/china, though to be fair, I can’t say for sure that it happened during the move.

This team was great! We had some issues with our elevators and the team worked well through it. The office staff was fantastic, Nancy is a big reason why we booked the service she took her time with us and explained the services. Both teams who helped us were extreamly friendly!

Chose based on being aware of the name and visibility on the streets. The move was precisely as described, highly efficient and professional. This made my experience painless. Well done!

My moving experience with two men and a truck could not have been any better than it was. Warm friendly people in office with compassion and great understanding Will recommend them to anyone .
The day of any move is emotional as one is beginning a new chapter. The 3 men were efficient and careful with my furniture and belongings. They put me to ease with their politeness and understanding. Bravo to all !
