Because there was a delay in occupying my new home, my move was particularly complicated (and stressful) going from a condo to a temporary residence with furniture going to three different places including storage. I was so happy (and relieved) to experience such reliable, efficient, and accommodating service.

The folks I dealt with before the move were responsive and helpful, including Nancy who I spoke to on the phone, and the fellow who delivered my boxes. The movers arrived 1/2 hour late, but were professional and friendly. It was a more difficult move and took longer than expected as the moving elevator in my condo building wasn't available and they had to use an alternative elevator 450 m farther away. However, they remained professional and helpful throughout. I was satisfied with the service and would recommend this company again.

The Two Men and a Truck team made our moving experience run smoothly and efficiently. Nancy, in the office, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The movers were friendly and worked nonstop. They made sure all of our things were moved safely, and worked really hard to get some of our more awkward things in and out of tight spaces, with no damage to the items or the house. Right from the the process was positive. Brad came to review the site and was delightful to chat with about all things connected to our move. On moving day the team arrived as planned and yes on time. They quickly and efficiently loaded the truck and we were in our way in no time. They moved our belongings into the house and helped us move in some other items that weren't part of the initial load. They were helpful, cheerful, polite and respectful of our property. I have used these Movers before and I will be using them again. Our experiences have only been positive.

All members of the team including office staff and movers were efficient and professional, and at the same time warm and kind, which mattered tremendously given that we had just lost my mother. There was also a snag in the moving schedule on our end which they handled with grace. Highly recommended.

Tristan and TJ were terrific. Very careful and professional in their approach. They really took care of our stuff and when there were some issues with elevator access, did not let it phase them at all.
