Moving is stressful, and this company has it in mind to alleviate that stress with every action they take. We were blown away by the positive and caring attitude of our movers, they went above and beyond in every way. They were even determined to rescue my wedding ring that I had dropped in the lining of our old couch and wouldn’t stop until they’d retrieved it, we were thrilled.

They cared about or belongings, the tree that blocked their truck (meant lots of extra steps carrying our stuff to the street) and our new floors as if they were their own and they were a ton of fun to boot! Shared to all my Facebook friends how amazing they were.

They made a very emotional 2 days, a lot easier. They were extremely efficient, came in under in estimate and I could not even get them to stop for lunch! It was a pleasant experience to see a company that still makes personal service and caring a priority (under budget!).

The office person in the Etobicoke franchise was excellent and friendly in explaining everything. She also called to check on the move about an hour into the move, which was very nice!
The 3 gents that did the actual move were very friendly and efficient, though my understanding of "whatever we disassemble for you, we will put back together" was off as that did not happen, specifically for my bed frame. There were some scuff marks on the walls as well as some small dents (we're talking 1 cm or less in size), but dents nonetheless. All of my boxes were labelled with rooms and approximately 85% of them made it to the right room whereas the rest just ended up in the first few rooms. All in all, the 3 gents were excellent, both in attitude and skill of moving.

Professional courteous friendly considerate... I would not hesitate to recommend each one of these individuals, the team or the company to anyone requiring a move. They made a potentially stressful event... Stress free, care free. Well done. Hope I get the same folks the next time I need to move... And that may not be in the too distant future! Same accolades to Nancy at the office too! Thank you all.

Response after my initial contact was prompt, within 24 hours and estimator scheduled shortly after. He was informative about the company as well as their services. They arrived on time and quickly completed the move including removing complicated pieces intact. Highly recommend the professionalism shown by Two Men and a Truck.

Office staff and movers were all very friendly, reassuring, and pleasant to deal with. We encountered a delay when my service elevator stopped working at my new address; my movers waited for my direction and proceeded reasonably with my requests. They communicated with their office and assured me that they would look after my things, whether the move could continue on the scheduled day, or have to resume at another time.
Negative feedback: I was only supplied with 2 wardrobe boxes but I was told I would have 6. I had to go back to retrieve clothes and move them myself. The number of wardrobe boxes should be included on the pre-move letter. The movers should also see these items on a checklist before they leave the warehouse.

The movers were polite, efficient and professional in all aspects of the move.
I have no complaints, and not recommendations for improvement.

I have no words to express the incredible and stress free experience I had with Two Men & A Truck!!! Not only once but twice. I would like to send great thanks to the men who took care of my belongings as if it where their own. I will only recommend this company if I come across anyone wanting to move.

We were highly impressed by our experience with Two Men and A Truck. We needed a large executive desk relocated from a downtown office to our suburban bungalow. Getting this piece of furniture into its new location successfully was a challenge and we were glad we left the task to skilled professionals. They also took great care in wrapping the desk for transit and in disassembly / reassembly. Would definitely hire this firm again!

From the minute the phone was answered professionalism was there. The booking went well and we actually got the move done a day early. The team showed up on time and told me not to worry as they would take care of everything. It was nice to see it was the same driver we had five years ago. The team was also very respectful as my mother had just passed and we were moving her furniture back home. My father who is 90 was worried the movers wouldn't move other furniture to get the new furniture where he wanted. They put my father at ease and put the furniture where he wanted. After hearing all the horror stories it was a relief that Two Men and a Truck did a professional job from start to finish. Great Job!
