They didn't bring any wardrobe boxes and just wrapped my clothing up in a blanket and dragged it down the stairs. They would leave things in the rooms but say the room was fully emptied. And my industrial sewing machine was left behind. They claimed it was my fault even though I said everything in that room needed to go and I had to rent a u hall to go back for it. We had to wait on the key, but when I finally got it i had to wait on them as they took off for a bit.

From my initial contact with Donna, to my moving day experience with Keith and Rob, every aspect of my move was handled professionally and extremely efficiently. Moving day went very smoothly. I can't say enough about the great attitude and service from Keith and Rob who ensured all of my belongings were handled with care while moving them to another city. They worked fast and there were no surprises when the bill came. I was charged what I was initially quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who wants to have less stress on their moving day. Thank you for making the day so much better than I expected!

I found that the service was excellent. When I first called, the office staff explained about their services and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost of my move. This was followed by an email detailing the services. This way, there were no surprises and their estimate matched the actual cost of the move. The email clearly indicated the terms and conditions, as well as what was acceptable or unacceptable to place onto the truck. When I contacted other moving companies, their estimates were very vague and their attitude was not as professional as I had found with Two Men and a Truck office staff. The movers were very courteous and helpful since all of my belongings were still not all packed. They ensured that all the boxes/bins were properly sealed. They were great!

I really liked the way the older of the two movers took charge when moving the two couches up the tight stairs . You could tell he had alot of experience .
