The movers were courteous and helpful. One was sick but a replacement was sent and everything was fine.

The 2 men that moved me were excellent. They had a delay but kept in contact with me about how long they would be. Once arrived they were happy and smiling did not complain about anything! They were careful with my items and worked fast to ensure the job was completed. Very happy customer.

I have used this company two time prior and they were excellent, so I tried again but this time I got two slow unmotivated workers. They showed up to Plains road at 8:40 when they left the office at 7:45 ...that is unaccepatable, when charged dock to dock time. They had no Dolly walked in to review the situation emptied handed instead for bringing the wrapping materials in with them. No Dolly, slow carry things, took 60 minutes to drive from Burlington Plains and Waterdown RD to west to Hamilton mountain , took 40 minutes to prepare my bill, they had to call in another
worker to complete the job when they weren't done and needed at another job. They moved a single room, a locker and picked up some bins a love seat and they charged me from 7:45 to 3;15..,,
