This old lady was very impressed with these 3 mens courtesy, speed, efficiency and agility! They needed only half a day to move my junk 70 km. Id use them again but I plan to be taken out of here eventually in a pine box.

I was dissappointed to find out that my overall cost was much higher than expected based on the conversation I had with the sales team. I learned upon paying my bill that the drivers included 30 minutes time to get to my address. This was never mentioned when booking the service and the travel time was closer to 10-15 mins so it seems the time was rounded up. Also, the drive to my moving address took the truck around 1HR when it only took me about 30 minutes so it also seemed rounded up. And lastly, I was charged 1HR for time on the way back to park the truck which I believe is higher than what it should be. I understand a truck takes more time to travel than a car but nonetheless, it seemed higher than expected based on limited traffic conditions.

We make every effort to communicate those charges. Unfortunately it may not always be clearly understood. All our trucks have GPS tracking systems that detail the route travelled, how fast they are going, when and how long they stopped and when they leave and return to our office. The moving team was helpful, knowledgable and extremelyamenable. I will however say I was disappointed in a couple of things. I think the estimator who came out to give mean overall idea of what the move involved underestimated the time it would take ,hence my move landed up costing me more than anticipated! The movers themselves hustled like mad , so was the estimate lower just to get my business?? Also the fellow who did the estimate, I remember distinctly, said if a wardrobe for my clothes was brought out the day of the move, I would not be charged extra and would have that service! The moving team said there was no wardrobe provided for them to pick up. When I showed dismay they put my clothes in boxes etc. bet my clothes have arrived crushed and wrinkled! What now? Will you press them

Both men were very pleasant,and kept asking if there was anything more they could do for us.At no time was there any wasted time it was go go go from the time they arrived until the move was finished.We could not be more pleased. Terry

We could not have been more pleased with how Paul and his crew helped us with our move. They worked 12 hours, filled two trucks, helped move things I had not packed properly and remained friendly throughout the entire day. They worked incredibly hard, were kind to our dogs.
