The moving team was great. I was concerned because it was just me and I've never used movers before, but they were kind and courteous and very efficient and that makes a huge difference. I was a little concerned with the office staff. I had really decided on this company because of they're private storage, and they are located in Hamilton which was where I moved too. On the day of the move, the movers didn't know I was storing anything, and then I was told it had to be stored in Burlington. Burlington isn't that far away, but I would have like to have been notified. I also would've like to have known my movers came from Burlington... I would've called them instead of Hamilton in the first place. Overall, good experience and I would likely use them again in the future.

Two Men and a Truck made a very stressful time much easier. They went above and beyond their required duties to help get us get situated. They did this in a more than safe and best of all very fast manner. Great team the three of them were. You can tell they enjoy working together and do so very well.

Our two movers were great! Worked very hard and were able to pack up and move us in quicker than expected! Overall great experience, very friendly movers as well as office staff.

We have moved a number of times in the past five years be to employment demands and every time I would always remember my experience with Two men and call James. The cost was higher than quoted by your office staff. It was a very small move so it seemed a bit excessive.

Everything was great except that I made the assumption that a plastic bag would come to move my mattress. I wasn't made aware that there was an extra charge involved or that it didn't just come automatically. In the future it would be good to clearly identify that and ask if a bag is required when moving a mattress.
