Overall experience this time was terrible.
The movers had to leave before the pickup was done and therefore did not complete the move.
They had another booking after doing our 4 bedroom house.
The very seriously damaged our brand new Peleton equipment (literally 1 month old ) that we had paid over $9,000 for.
The treadmill had parts broken off, bent and the platform was badly scraped.

Very friendly, fast and caring service. The guys were great! They arrived when they said they would and they were extremely efficient. Helped us with all our needs. Everything was neatly packed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Zack and Lee who were very efficient and considerate of the sentimental value of our belongings throughout the move- particularly of my grandmother's 66 year old dining room which they carefully wrapped. The 2 gentlemen who moved my daughter were outstanding. They were very professional and personable. All covid protocol was laid out prior to our move by the office and was followed by our movers.
