The movers did tell me that because I did not have the original box the tv came it, it could not be insured but said they would wrap it well.
When i connected the tv I found that something hit it and damaged the screen. I had to buy a new TV. I am not a happy camper.

the guys on the 17th were excellent; we had some limitations with an elevator access and they worked around it!

Jordan & Lee were exceptionally personable, polite and hard-working. They made my elderly mother's move from out of town a very pleasant experience. She wanted me to make sure that was conveyed to their employers.

One worker was hard working and the other was not, I had to coach him. Don't like the fact I was told one day before moving about mattress bags.

They Guys were great - worked hard and stayed on budget - the truck however was in such disrepair it did not bring value to the brand - the two back doors we almost fully rotted away on the bottom - it did not give much confidence on the service - if it were not for the two hard working guys I may have turned them away. The truck seemed like a health and safety issue - and should be repaired immediately or reported to MTO. it was truck 1001.

The movers took very little care of my furniture, often scraping things along floors with no pads underneath to protect it. They broke a picture and didn’t own up to it even after I saw it sitting broken in my doorway. They didn’t listen to (or ask for) instructions as to where boxes should go, they seemed to be more concerned with getting the job over with rather than taking the extra few minutes to care.

Guys got the job done efficiently even when we added a stop at my in-laws. They didn’t waste time and were happy to help make our move easy.
Such a great experience, worth every penny!

The two men who did the actual moving of the boxes and furniture were careful & asked where to put things. . excellent service. Our issue was with the packing. One packer clearly marked what was in each box, and in most cases items that had been stored together were packed together. The kitchen boxes ( there were a lot of them) were all marked "pot & pans, stemware, nic nacs"...no matter what they contained. Things that were stored together were in altogether different boxes, parts of appliance were in different boxes. We had to open every single box, instead of being able to select a box to get items out while trying to organize the kitchen. This is unlike what happened when the kitchen was packed during our last move. It has been a week of unpacking the kitchen; a total mess.

We can't even begin to tell you how impressed with were with our whole team. It was a difficult move and a very long day and all four gents were courteous and positive all day and night. They paid attention to details and always seemed one step ahead about any concerns I had. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving and I will absolutely use them again when we next move.
Jordan and Matthew were organized and demonstrated great leadership during the move. Matthew was an awesome packer as well! Mitch and Lee were so strong and good natured!! We really can't say enough about how great they were :) Thanks!

The movers were damaged coaches. You only hire professional so they can move stuff without damaging property and stuff.
