We couldn’t have had a more stressful experience. Alexis was extremely pleasant to speak with and kept me as updated as possible, however, that was the only part of the experience that was good.
Our move was postponed last min (as in called at 230 when the move was supposed to start at 230), the team was late showing up on day two and they didn’t finish until day 3.
5hr move turned into 3 days

Arrived early! Worked quickly and without complaint, even when the elevator quit and then we had a fire alarm. Worked a long day and never showed their fatigue. Would recommend this team of workers.

Hired because I have injuries. After you left I found 50lb kitchen bins in the laundry room and bedroom. I'm also missing a foot for my TV.
Boxes were crushed and plastic bins labeled to stay together were miss matched all over the house.

I can understand the truck problem but. 5 hours late to start. And full billing. Sorry I'll move to NB on my own.
