Every employee we dealt with showed complete professionalism and very extremely courteous as all times. The two gentlemen who completed our move were careful, friendly and didn't waste any time. We were extremely pleased from start to finish and would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Yes a good moving experience was delivered and service was as expected. The guys were friendly, courteous, caring and kind, showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently, even in the rain! Initially the company's fast responses and keen interest in my business made me feel good. Friendly office staff were always quickly available for help and to answer questions, and I got an estimator's visit right away. I knew I had chosen the right company. Their professional image gave me the confidence I would be cared for and given great service without problems or negative surprises. Wow, and you guys made everything happen fast too! Thanks for living up to expectations guys, you're number one!

Thank you for making my moving experience stress free! The office staff were very helpful and professional. The movers were amazing! Jared, Luke and Chris loaded up all the heavy items with no issues, were very courteous and professional. I was very impressed by the service by Two Men (actually three :) and a Truck, so much better than any other move in the past. I would definitely recommend this company and would be happy to use the services again - but not anytime soon, moving is alot of work! Thanks again!!! Allison and Alex

The moving team adapted to unforeseen circumstances, and ensured the move went smoothly despite unfavorable conditions.

Great experience through out the move day. The guys were friendly and polite and got the job done with no problems and on time.

When I contacted 2 men and a truck, I was informed by email that there would be a minimum charge of 3 hours. When the movers showed up they informed me that the minimum would be 6 hours. I felt that this was not right, the movers were done our move in 4 hours and stayed after. Attached is the email I received on this.

I have attached a copy of your confirmation letter as well as some other tips that are helpful when moving. The letter shows your start time of 9:00am. There will be a 30minute window of arrival for when the movers arrive to allow for construction, accidents, traffic etc. It also shows your estimated time of 8.50 hours, we only charge for time actually moved in increments of 15mins above and beyond the 3 hour minimum charge, plus HST, Trish Howe – 519.620.7870

After contacting TM&T a week prior we finally were given a date from the hospital to move mom. With mom in the hospital Dad hasn’t been able to relax for 6 weeks. Office staff went above and beyond, we moved mom from hospital to a home but I was only able to give 1 day notice. On 1 days notice the move team was able to be on site and ready as requested the next day. All the move items were wrapped and secured in the truck safely. At the home everything was safely moved in and staff made recommendations on locating the furniture. Moving is a very stressful time for most people, TM&T couldn’t have made our move any easier. Mom and Dad are together again, happy and safe in their new home. Thank you so much.

The team who handled my move were fantastic! I used both the packing services and moving services. They were trustworthy, friendly, took great care to make sure my belongings were well packaged and moved safely and had a great attitude on the delivering end, even when a couple of items turned out to be difficult to get into the new house.

When I unpacked items at my new house I was so pleased to see the care with which things were packaged. I found a package with sharp knives labeled to ensure that no one would get hurt opening it. Inside the package they had placed all the sharp ends inside a plastic cup and then wrapped it carefully in paper with the label on the outside. Very impressed with their attention to detail.

I would absolutely use Two Men and a Truck again.

We were happy with the service, a bit frustrated how different the quoted cost was relative to the final cost. Also had a couple of boxes with alot of smashed pieces that were bubble wrapped. Overall happy with service, just didn’t expect such a difference in quoted vs final price
