It was easy to speak with a real person to make reservations for a move. The man who made the reservations was very professional, kind and patient. I needed a couple of estimates, followed by a couple of changes. The man made the process very comfortable, even though I felt bad for all the changes. The website was attractive and user-friendly. The movers were great and professional. Thank you!

Movers were stellar! So kind and accommodating. Also attentive, I only had to explain or ask them to do something once.

My mothers antique curio cabinet was damaged and key lost I still have not received a response as to why my mother has not been compensated and it’s been almost a week. Still waiting for a response.

We were stuck. We had ordered a dumpster to do some spring skiing but were unable to lift a number of the items from our basement. A quick call to Two Men and a Truck and within two hours we had two lovely young men at our door who quickly shouldered the items and got them loaded into the bin. We went from despair to elation. Thank you Two Men in a Truck!

Awful experience (zero stars), still awaiting an acceptable resolution and response 6 weeks later (after multiple conversations and emails). My furniture was damaged and the final costs came in almost $600 + over quote. I am a returning customer first experience was positive and completely different than this second experience. At this point I would like a full refund.
