Admin staff answered the phone readily and were helpful/informative. Fees were disclosed transparently. Movers showed up on time, were able to get the couch up 3 flights of stairs, no unexpected issues. Estimate was $565, actual was $865. Estimate could have been more accurate as the move was 1 item from point A to B but it was still a lower rate than comparable companies so it's all good.

Your packing and moving teams did a great job and we were very happy with them. Only problems we had were one of the movers had muddy shoes leaving mud on our stair carpet. Also missed the whole linen closet.

The service throughout was very easy and since we were arranging this on behalf of my grandmother, it was even more important it went well.
