Never had a bad experience with this company. Office staff are great to work with, and the moving team is always fantastic, cheerful and super helpful.

My truck showed up 30 min early, so wasn't exactly ready for them. Was also then told that the clock had started already 30 min before arriving... travel time I guess. Truck was already half full of someone else's stuff. So, not all my stuff would fit first run. This cost me extra mileage and time that I had to pay for. The two boys that did the moving were great, but cost me the extra time.

Your movers were absolutely amazing. They worked on one of the hottest days so far and stayed professional and friendly. There is not a single thing I could say towards improving.
Your office and accounting staff are incompetent, blunt is better than dancing around it. The accounting team do not follow instructions and took $3000 from my bank instead of credit as I had instructed in writing!

If there is one thing that we didn't love, it was the cost, which was higher than we had hop. Still, worth it.
