Where do I start? A mirror that I have had for 53 years (and moved 10 times) was broken! As I have been unpacking, I have found many scratches and dents in furniture and artwork! How does this happen when items are wrapped? Carelessness! Some items were to be dropped off at Habitat for Humanity. Logic dictates that these items should be loaded on the truck last. This was discussed. This was not done so the movers had to spend time (that I was paying for) to unload non-donated items in order to get to the donated items and then re-load. When leaving for my new home I was told they would "pop in to Tim Hortons to grab a coffee". They stopped for lunch and kept me waiting for a half-hour without bothering to let me know that this time would not to be billed. Terrible experience !!!

Very hard working team.
Had some damages and scratches on some items.

Broke my tv, filed a damage report, and never heard back.

Friendly, eager, hardworking young men who moved us were very accommodating and worked very hard to get the job done in an efficient and well organized manner
