The team was super helpful. The woman answering the telephone was great, answered all my questions and could even recommend a storage unit location near our destination. They had an open date very soon after I placed that initial call. The movers were prompt and fast. Everything got to the new location in good condition. Best of all the price was excellent. Couldn't be happier.

I have used this service in the past without issue, this time addresses were wrong, credit card information was wrong, and damage was done when moving furniture out.

I was very happy with the service until I was organizing my room and unwrapping the plastic. I noticed several tears in the in the plastic and further tears in the material on out vynal couches directly to the wood. My overall experience was great until I discovered the damages to my couches.

The guys were extremely professional and respectful of our things. They worked very quickly and efficiently and made sure that everything was transported with care. Having moved several times, we totally see the value and are so happy we made the choice to hire Two Men and a Truck. Thanks, guys!

Where do I start? A mirror that I have had for 53 years (and moved 10 times) was broken! As I have been unpacking, I have found many scratches and dents in furniture and artwork! How does this happen when items are wrapped? Carelessness! Some items were to be dropped off at Habitat for Humanity. Logic dictates that these items should be loaded on the truck last. This was discussed. This was not done so the movers had to spend time (that I was paying for) to unload non-donated items in order to get to the donated items and then re-load. When leaving for my new home I was told they would "pop in to Tim Hortons to grab a coffee". They stopped for lunch and kept me waiting for a half-hour without bothering to let me know that this time would not to be billed. Terrible experience !!!
