Sadly we were unhappy with the service provided for this move. Have used your company before and were very impressed. Damage was done to our property and the rental unit we moved into. Movers handled the property poorly. They seemed to be in rush to finish the job. Items were not protected properly to prevent possible damage. Careless handling both with pickup and drop off of property. Not apologetic about the damage caused and tried to deny it when we witnessed it. Very disappointing experience. Will be contacting company regarding compensation for the damage.

Our movers Shawn and John arrived on time, they were very pleasant and helpful. They took the stress out of moving by being very professional and efficient. Our move was completed under the time we were quoted for which was amazing. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. Jennifer in the office was also a fantastic help with planning and organizing our move.

I was having trouble getting into my storage unit. The lock was frozen. The men where helpful and very patient. The staff help make the last of my move easy and relaxing.

I think one of the menn's name was Harry, and he was a delight. Good sense of humour, and people skills, he takes his job very seriously, good work ethic.

Your company was instrumental in helping move our family memberandacirc;??s personal belongings from one location to another locally, and as well, to Collingwood and to a local London charity during the downsizing process. During the moves the staff was patient, courteous and very helpful as we live out of town and had to make several trips to London during this process. We would not hesitate to use them again or to refer the company to anyone requiring moving services.

The gentlemen that came to my daughter home were very polite and helpful and very kind they handled my belongings with a lot of care I can't express how much I thank them for that when I find a permanent place I'll have no problem hindering the two nice gentlemen again once again I thank you Lorrie Clarke
