My moving experience was exceptional thanks to John and Rob and the office staff at Two Men and a Truck. From the first phone call to the moment John and Rob drove off, the staff we friendly, helpful and respectful. It was the hottest day of the summer and John and Rob were like energizer bunnies getting the job done with smiles on their faces and nothing but positive things to say.

Spoke with Alison with initial call and she was very pleasant and promptly returned my calls and emailed all the paperwork. The movers arrived on time and they were very efficient and friendly. Sean and Joseph were fantastic. Thanks to everyone involved. Another move already booked!

charging a $189 an hour and sending 2 kids to do the work is the work is assinine.I was in a jam so I so I went with that but you need to modify your business model to reflect the reality that sometimes people just need the muscle not the truck. For that reason I could not recommend you. Tyler And His assistant did a great job and made me feel comfortable that they cared for my belongings.

I appreciate the work done but not satisfied because of changing hands of staff for the uncoupling and the relocation and completion team. The work was abandoned and not completed at the location. That is sad. A good quality organisation and needs to be consistent with staff usage. I will appreciate if this is discussed further. Thank you.

Despite my constant reminders about being cognizant of my white couch, they persisted to grab pillows and lift the couch with dirty hands. Their answer was we are doing the best we can. I asked if they had gloves and they said no. They seemed more in a rush than completing thr job with quality and care on their mind. They also damaged my brand new door frame, with which I have not heard back about

Booking with this company was easy and they responded very quickly to emails and questions. Movers were on time and very courteous. They tried to be very conscientious of keeping their masks on-humidex was over 40 on moving day.
I would recommend this company.
