Overall satisfied with office and moving staff. Everyone was polite, professional and effective. Only complaint is damage to wood stairs at both homes. It was an icy day with lots of salt which probably caused the damage. I understand WSIB does not allow covering of stairs. I don’t see an obvious solution, possibly something for your team to discuss.

I appreciate how punctual these people are and how enthusiastic they present themselves for the job at hand. A joy to work with!

The office team was friendly, prompt and professional. Pricing was fair and straightforward. Everything was well explained. On the day of the move, Robert and Mike took care of everything. They were friendly, professional and fast. I was honestly dreading the move, but with Two Men and a Truck, I had nothing to worry about. Thank you all so much for your help and care.

The two young Johns were a distinct pleasure to do business with. They knew exactly what was required of them and immediately went to work loading the truck. They were extremely careful handling our possessions at both ends of the move.
I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate in recommending both your company and John and John to all my friends, family or acquaintances.

Experience was great from booking to moving in. Office team was very quick, helpful and friendly. Moving team was fantastic, very helpful, friendly and never complained even though I was a bit unorganized. They simply asked how they could help. Loved 2 men and a truck and the price was great. The movers were on time, fast, efficient, and did an amazing job with the unique layout of the place we were moving from. The move went faster than expected, thanks to the everyone working as a team, and handling any and all obstacles encountered.
