From office to movers, staff was amazing. Movers went above and beyond of what my expectations were. They are #1 in their field and I will be spreading the word on my experience. If I ever have to move again TMT is the only call I will make.

There was a problem with the date being determined incorrectly adn I neglected to read the confirmation email, so the error was not discovered until I was called for confirmation the day before. I was out of the country on a planned trip, clearly not planning to move on that date. The company managed to combine my move with another, which I appreciated. However, 80% of my belongings were left on the moving dock of the condo building so the drivers could get to their next off-load on time. It was a lot of work on my part to move everything up to the unit and yet I was still charged the full amount for the move. I feel that is unreasonable. When I called the London, ON office to follow up, I was told that the date error was completely my fault so I should not have expected full service.

I originally moved from a house to a storage unit , the gentlemen handling that move, were great, however they broke the front light and as of yet have not replaced it. Then I moved from the storage unit to my Apt. the one gentlemen was great and read all the boxes and put them where they said, the 2nd gentlemen used the dolly and would just unload 4 boxes at a time regardless of where they went. I ended up having to move boxes around. I had not intended to do that, why do you think I labeled them.

MY ONLY CONCERN IS THE TRAVEL TIME BEFORE STARTING MOVE YOU HAVE NO CONTROL. WE WERE CHARGED ONE AND HALF HOURS EACH WAY. THE ACTUAL TIME BETWEEN PLACES WAS ONLY ONE HOUR. I WOULD SAY THE TIME SHOULD BE BASED ON THE TIME BETWEEN MOVES.
THIS WOULD RESULT IN A HOUR EXTRA WAS CHARGED ????

I was extremely happy with the movers. They were mannerly, and worked diligently and expediently. All furniture was well wrapped and no damages to anything.
The movers were also really helpful re. Placing furniture at the new destination.
I would definitely recommend this Moving Company to others.

The movers broke a light fixture and damaged our front entrance door. This cost us $2,000. Although the movers have admitted responsibility, no compensation has been offered. Litigation will be necessitated. It has been 2 months.

The gentlemen (Ethan and Jordan) who completed my move were just lovely. Courteous, respectful and took excellent care of my belongings. My move went very smooth and was stress free. I would certainly recommend Two Men and a Truck to my family and friends.
