It was an extremely stressful time for me made a lot easier with such a great team
I was so stressed I forgot the 2 gentlemen's names that moved me but they were truly fantastic and made a stressful time so much easier

Excellent all around punctual, thoughtful, strong, efficient, excellent driving

The moving team worked well as a team, generally organized. All very polite, had a good sense of humour among themselves, working steadily and conferring with each other. A lot of time spent taking off a door to move a large desk. Became a learning experience in not needing to do so when placing in the 'new' apartment. Needed to turn upright, then roll on end to round corner. Smooth... like a well-oiled team!!

Movers moved slowly, took unreported side trip (which they charged us for), didn’t follow simple packing instructions, and over charged us for boxes. So, overall, very unhappy. To boot, I had to argue with the manager John, who instinctively disagreed with everything I said, only to realize by checking his GPS that this side trip had taken place. Finally, after about 8 calls, he agreed to charge a reasonable amount. Had used before; but won’t be using again. The Ottawa franchise was by far and away better, FYI - that was my previous experience.

Overall good but with the late winter/spring weather would like movers to have rolled out floor mats to protect houses. Was a day for tracking mud in and out. They did best to wipe feet but I had to put out additional protection and clean up later. Also surprised they had no moving dollies for large items, especially fridge they tipped over sideways which is a not good for a fridge. They were friendly and took good care of most other items. Placed things as I asked.

Moving team was fast and professional. Finished in under expected time and with no damage. Excellent service, will use again.

Excellent experience. Movers were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible.

The office team was very polite & courteous, although I was unaware of the change to the estimate guarantee I know TMT used to have. Movers were mostly polite although they didn't introduce themselves & we had no idea who was who. They were also a little short & seemed reluctant to make any adjustments. They were inefficient in the way they moved boxes & had to rush off to another job so were rushing through the last half of the move. Boxes were put all over the placed in every which way, despite being very organized & dolly ready at the start of the move. No damages, but there were lost screws to our bed & an aquarium stand made loose.

As someone who once worked with TMT both in office and moving, the move was below the quality I expected. I would be hesitant to hire TMT again.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Two Men and a Truck, and especially the service provided by Anthony and Alex. They helped us move during a snow storm! Not only were they efficient and hardworking, but they took the time to ensure they tracked as little snow and winter mess into the house - no easy task considering the conditions they were facing. On top of that, they were polite, courteous, and genuinely cared about our things and the job they did for us. Thank you, Gentlemen!
