Very pleased with the fella's and took great care in moving my doors to floor

On the paper stated that there would be 3 men, but there were only two and that had an impact on time of moving which would take longer than I
would expect and ended with higher cost.

My move was smooth and issue free. The 3 movers were courteous, professional and very respectful. They made my move an absolute pleasure.

The move went very well. The staff was there on time to start and we completed the move quickly.

Overall a positive experience. Booking the truck was efficient. Office staff responded promptly and explained services etc. Moving team was on time, courteous and thorough.

The crew actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine by us, and completed the job in much less time than quoted (5.25 hours vs. quoted 8 hours). This even included the truck turning around to get something we forgot about! Despite the reduced time, there was no compromise on the safety of our belongings. All furniture was wrapped and protected wonderfully and none of our items were damaged during the move.

The guys were personable, careful and efficient and I would have no hesitation to use them again. Thank you so much!

A very smooth moving experience. The staff disassembled all the furniture and reassembled upon move, was very professional and took utmost care. The high price stings a little but totally worth it for a worry-free move. Highly recommended,

Everything was amazing, the honoured my aged Dad and valued my cats. Only bummer was we only had 2 of 3 guys shifting stuff on move day, it was too late a night for my Dad, and it wasn’t a question of money - really the only criticism I can give.

NOT IMPRESSED! Our packers smelled of cigarette smoke. They ran out of boxes (packing), and left us another 2 hours of packing when they were 'done'. They only packed half of a closet and missed multiple drawers in the kitchen. They were pleasant to speak to, but their conversation and language amongst themselves was very unprofessional (swearing and sexist jokes). While we were still home, the packers were efficient, but once we left, their pace slowed considerably. On multiple occasions two of the men watched the third one working. Items were randomly and carelessly placed in boxes, some of our items broke in transit, no boxes were labelled, and our billing started 15 mins before they even called to say they were on route. We were very disappointed in the service provided.
