One of the movers (Cameron) fell down the stairs at my old place and couldn't finish the move. The remaining two although polite were slow and the move took nine hours. The boxes weren't labeled the way I expected so I am still sorting through things and trying to figure out what is what. I feel I paid way too much for such a simple move. A one-bedroom to a one-bedroom shouldn't cost $2000.00. That was a bit ridiculous as far as I was concerned. I hope Cameron got to the hospital and is okay. Don't know if I would recommend you guys or not. My move had some unforeseen problems at a time when I was already stressed out...I hope I don't have to move again for a long time.

I was very pleased with the whole move except that the movers placed my nearly new mattress in a plastic bag that must have been dirty. My mattress was left with a black residue that I was unable to completely remove by vacuuming

The guys were great! Very efficient, polite and hard working. They made my moving day so much easier. The office staff was also excellent, they were extremely polite and kind over the phone and answered every question I had. They were also very fast to respond to any emails I sent. 10/10 would recommend

2 friendly movers showed up early. Packing up the truck took longer than expected (3.5hr for a 1 bedroom+den) b/c of long walk from elevator to truck. At times I was waiting for them to return to the apt. assuming they were loading the truck. Went down to see it had not been done. I did a lot of the moving when they were standing in the truck placing things (occasionally standing with hands in pockets). 0.5hr to travel and 1hr to unload at new apt. Awkward going over the bill like they were expecting something more. We agreed on 5.5hr total. Credit card charge was higher. They changed it to 6.5. I contacted office and they said it was 6.5 too but hrs on sheet did not support. Manager tried to claim GPS said 6.5 he finally agreed it was 5.5. Very frustrating experience w/office.

Dwayne and Victor arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and then efficiently went about doing it. Disassembled a large bedframe with foreign fastenings. Very experienced team. No damage whatsoever. Delivery at the new address was punctual and furniture was placed exactly where required. Definitely Two men and a truck are excellent movers and I would recommend them anytime.

I have used Two Men and a Truck at least 4 times in as many years, and without exception, the service has been flawless each time. Super professional service from top to bottom. I was very impressed with Jeff and Mike from Two Men and a Truck. They were ontime with pick and were very courtious and helpful during the move. I was so happy, as it is difficult to find sometimes people to do a small move job! Would definitely recommend them to others and will continue to work with company in near future! I would particularly like to thank the two men who did the move, which was for my elderly mother. They communicated well, were polite and in good humour, and they took time to ask questions, check before moving anything, and to patiently and efficiently wrap and protect all items. If there was a rating better than "Excellent" I would give it to them!

The team was on time and called a few minutes in advance. It was unfortunate that the third guy that was supposed to come quit that morning which concerned me. I was given a discount which was great. eveyrthing was great the two guys were hard workers cared for our things and a pleasure to chat with. It was unfortunate however that they did not have all the items needed dispite the office staff being told we needed specific mattress covers queen single and a double and they only had one.
