This was a hard move. We are a family of 3 and were moving from a small house with very narrow doorways to a house an hour and a half away with multiple levels. The movers were amazing! They were so friendly and I was constantly amazed by how they seemed to make quick work out of what would seem like an impossible task! Would recommend to everyone!

Movers worked hard and manager who dropped by to guide them was excellent.
Unhappy with both the final cost and the communication around billing policy.
It should be made much more clear that you charge for an 8 hour day regardless of how long the job takes to complete. Same for billing customers for the time it takes the truck to travel to and from the yard. Other trades don't bill this way.

Hi James, We don't charge 8 hours if its not 8 hours. We charge from the time we leave our office till we get back. This would have been told and outlined to you before booking and also in your paper work that you signed before your move was booked Other companies do charge this way, if not, they will charge you another way. Employees need to be paid for their time.

The guys were excellent. Polite, prompt, efficient and organized. I was so impressed with their work ethic and their flexibility when they had to wait to unload. Great work guys.

I want to say a HUGE thank you for the help that was provided by my two movers. They went above and beyond and lifted a huge weight off my back (metaphorical: I didn't make them do anything dangerous!!!).

Marcus and Jonathan were amazing! My move took a lot longer than anticipated and they never flinched, just kept it professional the whole time. They never stopped working and were just on it the whole move. I’ve unpacked all my belongings now and everything is in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier with the move, I can’t believe how stress free it was!

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck! The whole team was very professional. Ryan helped me out with the type of service I needed which was a major help. Cecil was also very professional and kept me in the loop at all times. He was also training two movers and they all did a stellar job.
