I was so impressed with the movers from 2Men. I believe their names were Brent and Connor? They were so lovely to deal with and very efficient! They had to make another stop for me on their way back to Toronto and carry two couches up three flights of stairs! Wow, and never a complaint! I can't say enough about Jan in the office. What a pleasure to work with and so "client service" focused. Thank you for a successful and "stress-free" move. I would definitely recommend your services in the future. Moving team was very professional. Took great care of all our possessions both during the loading and unloading. Reassembled everything required at the new home. Courteous, friendly and professional.

side rails on new bed is scratched, top of dresser scratched, drawer to dresser broken. the couch was two pieces and they only brought in one piece of couch and left the other to be taken by random people. They refused to bring the other piece up using the patio door as others had.

the apartment that was left, had a brand new door. receipt can be provided. they dented the door, we have pictures.

the new apartment had been freshly painted. the movers cause wall damage that my mom is now expected to have repaired.

my mom only had a bedroom set, couch, tv, tv stand and about ten plastic bins. she did not require the clothing boxes. that needs to be refunded also.

charging $3,315!!!!! To damage and not even move both pieces of her couch in? This is unacceptable.

My team of movers exceeded my expectations and I felt that they went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things :).

My experience was wonderful the movers were efficient professional and very friendly the office explained everything which made the move stress free

I appreciated being able to contact and converse over email. During the day, I have many meetings and am unable to take phone calls. Two-men-and-a-Truck were able to accommodate my communication needs using email and sms text messages.

Well apparently when 2 men and a truck park on a driveway, they are ok parking on a interlock walkway, that has caused to sink, as I contacted the company with a very small quote to fix this problem, they told me that its classified as part of the driveway!!!
And infact, I moved the majority of t
My belongings and left the things I couldn't move myself! So, there was only 1.5 hrs that was required by the moving truck! I was charged the minimum 4 hrs plus my deposit of 250.00$!!! So in total spent over 600.00$ plus taxes!
I WILL NEVER USED THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! AS FOR THE MOVE PLUS NOW IM OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR THIS COMPANYS DAMAGE!!!!

We were very pleased with this company. The three men were very pleasant, careful and strong! Ha! They always confirmed what they were taking and wrapped the items well. I have used other big moving companies before and was most satisfied with this company. I am a very particular person and I appreciated their hard work and care.
The cost was higher then originally quoted and what was listed on their website but worth it in the end. I was able to book two days ahead and appreciate their availability on short notice. Thank you!

I had used your company before and appreciate the ease of scheduling and the willingness to understand my needs and provide the right services. I don’t need a complex process to arrange my moving requirements and appreciate that you have no issue dealing with a small move requirement with right timing to complete.
