The crew was very pleasant and efficient. There was a problem with one of the trucks, however it was handled very professionally and it did not impact the overall move. I highly recommend the 5 man crew that took care of our move!! At the end, each crew member shook my hand, very polite and respectful!

Movers were very efficient and professional, cared about my furniture and belongings. Very personable.
Only issue I had was they were 4 hours late. They did apologize.

From the time we spoke to Jan on the phone, to the emails, to many phone calls making sure we can add items, to the timing of the movers, to the lovely nature of the two men moving our furniture, to the service all together! wonderful experience. They did way more than we expected and would have continued to do extra things if we so desired even after a long day. Took excellent care of our items right down to positioning of furniture etc. Wonderful wonderful experience!!!

This was my first time using a moving service and the services recieved were beyond my expectations. The office staff when I called answered any questions and quick to follow up. The movers John and Chris were amazing. They ensured my stuff would not get damaged and went above and beyond.
