Movers put protective covering on the floor, but still scratched one area of my hardwood flooring upstairs because they were not careful with the dresser feet. Pretty bad scratch, too.

It was an incredible experience. It was a terribly stressful day, and the men made it so easy.
They were very thoughtful about all our things & respectful of my 93-year-old father's space.
I can not thank them enough for their hard work.
I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone!

The whole experience with two men and a truck was excellent. I had to move my date multiple times and the office staff were very understanding. The moving team were friendly and worked very hard to fit all my items in my storage unit.

From the booking , to the call before the move, to the call from the movers saying on their way to the actual move by a very professional team of 2. Very professional in all aspect of this move. My primary complaint was that they were 3 hours late and I did not receive a call to inform me of that.
I called & they said they were going to call me back & didn’t.
I think that they should be checking in with the client to give them an estimate of their arrival,
Out of courtesy.
