The team originally scheduled to handle our move did not show up for work. The scheduled start time was 9:00 am. By 9:45, noone had shown up and we didn't know why. A call to the office (Shaun is the franchisee) we're NO help. They gave answers as to what was going on which did nothing to lower our anxiety. They eventually showed up at 10:30. This was the packing crew. More crew members were added so the end result was OK . But the office staff should communicate better with customers when something goes wrong!

The move was amazing. The 2 guys very polite, friendly, helpful, efficient. In one word GREAT!

Movers are careless, handle the furniture poorly and damage it. They arrive late and take long breaks and we had to pay for all this time. We are atill waiting for them to address the damages they have done.

My first time using 2 men and a truck and my experience was not good. First of all the movers arrived 2 hours late , then one of the movers slipped on the ramp going up to the truck and dropped my dresser cracking a corner, I understand accidents happen . They took it to be repaired , got my dresser back after 3 weeks of endless calls , they always give me excuses as to the reason the dresser was not repaired yet. But to be fair, the repair man did a very good job on the dresser and the movers were very polite and friendly.

I had a great initial experience from the front office people to the home visit. However, the moving day experience was poor. The movers were an hour late because there was an issue with the driver. The movers seemed inexperienced, moved many pieces in worrisome ways, put electrical tape on an antique desk to keep the drawers closed and damaged the walls at our original site as well as doing extensive damage to the fronts steps when the piano was moved. Additionally, moving the piano took over an hour at the destination site. The people who have moved into our house are distressed about the stair repair, but I still haven't heard back from the manager about next steps, despite an initial email, a call and a pledge that I would hear back yesterday or the day before.

The guys did a great job on a very hot day. They worked very hard.
