the hardest part of my renovations was taken care of by the two movers who moved my office. They were on time and so very careful with the furniture. Will be using them again, for sure. Thank you for making my life just that much easier

The moving team was excellent! It was pouring rain, they wrapped everything and moved it in Nothing wet and my floors were dry. We were so impressed.

The movers left their tool box at my new home and my bedroom light torch have gone missing after the move. I tried to contact the movers to offer to return their tool box and to get my light back but they didn't respond. In addition, after the move, I noticed many of my furnitures were damaged with cracks. Along with the light, the items of concerns are all from Ikea and hence not expensive to begin with. But honestly, from my price comparisions, Two Men and a Truck is pricing on the high end due to their brand and reputation. Therefore, I did expect a better service than what I received. Even so, they did move quickly from my old condo to the new condo which I appreciated. They were also friendly. I guess I got some and lost some. But again, for the price, I really expected more.

Email correspondence with head office was slow, but once connected, the transaction went smoothly. The movers were courteous and had a great attitude.

The team member that came to assess my condo was very kind and explained the services clearly. I was reassured multiple times that a truck would be available on the day of my move (bad experience with other truck/moving companies). Once the day came the crew that showed was nice until the very end. They hustled, was careful with all my belongings, and in the end cost me less than the initial quote.
