There were unfortunate circumstances with regards to the move! Whomever was in charge of the team that was to pack up all my fathers belongings the day before the move did not ensure all was ready! The morning of the move the load crew were having to pack everything up which took another 6 hours longer than anticipated. No fault of the moving day crew, they were great! I was assured that both the move out and into the new facilities were to be a complete and smooth transition. Another crew was provided the day after the move to help in unpacking and setting up but still not done! My son and I came over Thursday /Friday to do another half dozen hours of unpacking and setting up! Still a ways to go!
I understand things happen and hope we all leaned from this experience.

Myself and my family have been very happy with Two Men and a Truck. We've used your company three times. The movers are always on time, polite and quick. The only critique I would have is that you agree to take debit card as payment however, there is a limit for some debit cards and that should be stated in your package.

Great crew with a very positive attitude. They were a great team! We enjoyed working with all three of them and we would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!!

Great experience. Movers were late arriving but overall very friendly and helpful.

Our most recent experience with TMT involved a team of three movers, two of whom were very new (third shift for one). The newer workers I felt were possibly still trying to prove themselves and were at times attempting to carry loads which should have been carried by two. While no damage was done I did not feel the confidence that I have previously had with TMT. I would suggest that newer employees be placed with experienced teams rather than together.

First of all, after explaining that I had very large and heavy furniture to be moved & that at least four movers were needed, only three movers were sent...one had a broken rib & couldn't lift. The young guys tracked dirty shoes through the whole main floor of and then left because they realized they were not properly repaired. My husband took the day off to deal with this move. On the second attempt, they movers knocked a mirror and shelf off my front hall. The shelf was destroyed. This was a $500 shelf. The armoires were ver scuffed from the move. I am very disappointed that my my home was not respected ...

The movers showed up on time. They loaded my furniture quickly, safely and efficiently. It was a 3 hour drive to my new place and they arrived on time. They unloaded, on an extremely hot day, without complaint.

The two guys who came were professional and accommodating and efficient. Overall a really positive moving experience.
