I have used 2men before and had a great experience. This time was unacceptable. The movers damage an expensive dresser. I was told they would take it and get it repaired and it would take about a week. After making several calls to the office (I always had to follow up even though I was old I would get a call back) to get the status of the repair I finally received it almost 1 month later. While delivering it again it was damaged. This time something else was damaged. They have now taken it back to get repaired again. I am very frustrated. I know sometimes this happen and items get damaged but twice is unacceptable. Also having to keep calling back and explaining my story is very frustrating.

I can not give enough rave reviews. From the quoting process to the movers themselves, this was a seamless, flawless and incredibly enjoyable situation.

Two Men And A Truck made my move easy. All staff were very professional and helpful from start to finish.

Fabulous team. This move was in the middle of a huge ice/snow storm and still they came through. Kudos to this team for all their hard work and the white-knuckle drive to Collingwood! I would absolutely recommend them again. Thanks for caring for and delivering all my home contents!

We are happy with movers. However the packers team was not that good.
1. They were in quite a rush to pack though we had full day. They packed all the cleaning liquids as well like detergent, and others. And never told us that these should not be moved with other stuff and must be taken by us in car. Only next day the movers team informed us.. I would say it was a coincidence that the cleaning liquid leaked and movers could know. Otherwise it might have spoiled our stuff or in worst case could be reason for fire!!
2. Packers were also packing Garbage bottles which we saw and told them not to. They just don’t see what they are packing. When we came here and opened our stuff an orange was also packed in carton as clothes. ! It could have spoiled our clothes forever. But we were lucky!

Two men and Truck. I would like to thank you all for all your help for making this moving experience smooth and stress free. Of all the Saturdays to pick ICE STORM. I was extremely nervous of the weather but you guys went over and beyond to make sure the move went smooth even though you guys were slipping and sliding. From the office staff to the wonderful movers thank you for everything. You guys are the best!! Joanne.

The two movers were just very pleasant and gentle with my belongings. Driving downtown in a normal size car is frustrating, so navigating in a moving truck would have made me crazy! But they were pleasant throughout the entire move! :)

This was the first time we’ve used Two Men & A Truck and it was also the first time that our move quote was higher than what we ended up being charged. The office staff patiently answered our questions and the movers were professional and fast. Highly impressive overall. We’ll use Two Men & A Truck for any future moves, and recommend them to anyone.
