The team left behind $250 in medical tools behind and Shaun said “well it’s a good thing you went back and happen to found it” not an apology, not not accountability for his team or staff.
Everyone in the office was miserable and rude went we called to confirm or ask details.
We were also scheduled wrong, we had to pay additional money for elevator use.
No accountability, no professionalism.

Derek and his team went beyond their general duties. All were very professional
and they were so helpfull. No request by me was too much for them. Their advice in helping me set up the furniture in the new house was very much appreciated as I struggled to set up in a much smaller footprint. I would definitely request these same three gentlemen for my next move.

Time to renovate our basement and we needed to move 17 years of clutter and our failed attempts at creating usable space.
Easy booking, prompt arrival and seemless load and unload at out storage facility.
A job that would have taken us all day, a rental truck, two broken backs(and broken souls) completed in less than 4 hours by two very likeable gentlemen.

I can't say enough how much I appreciated all their help!! The 3 gentlemen were so professional and handled everything that was being moved with great care..wrapped in blankets and clear wrapped for security! I felt they were patients in waiting at the loading dock which required more walking to unloading until I got the key to my condo. All 3 were very kind an accommodating .highly reconmen
