The men arrived on time, were very organized and efficient. They completed the loading of the truck quickly. The contents were offloaded at our condo with speed. At all times they were polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend them to any future people requiring this service,

Have used 2 men before, great service last time. This time the movers were very slow, complained and forgot which large items still needed to be loaded. Could not take everything, I picked up the remainders myself.
Supposed to move a piano, and complained it was too heavy. I indicated there was a piano to move. Need to organize other movers to come and get the piano now

The three men that showed up to move us went beyond our expectations and made what was a very stressful day one of peace and calm. We had a massive air hockey table to move. Upon arrival, these men had to take it apart painstakingly and then put it back together again in the new home. This took patience and never once did they give up. It had to be put together again in the freezing cold as well.

The movers didn't cover my 2 mattresses with plastic. Now they are stained with dirt. Other than that, it was overall ok

The office team was pleasant and very responsive and personable - far exceeding my expectations, before, during and after the move. It was very comforting to know that there would be someone knowledgeable and pleasant picking up the phone each and every time i called. While we ran into some issues with a late start and a smaller moving team than promised, the company course-corrected in real time, and everyone both in the office and on the moving crew was extremely pleasant and professional!

Everybody I dealt with while booking were extremely helpfull, knowledgeable and professional. The guys that did the actual move were fantastic. They were respectful of all my stuff, kept everything clean and dry(it was raining), efficient, friendly and went above and beyond. Will definetely be recommending you guys. Thanks!

I have used these movers 5 times and I am always amazed at how professional the entire team is from office to dispatch to the movers. Love the idea of the Friday small move flexible day that helps ease the cost of small moves by scheduling them all on a specific day or afternoon. Every mover we have met were professional with great personality and all gave great guidance on how the move should work. Prior to finding TMT, I have had nothing but problems with movers, some requiring legal action or even taking the keys from the truck ignition because they tried to raise the price after putting furniture in the truck. That would never happen with TNT, you are safe with them.
