Thank you for your service. I had used your company 2 years ago for a move and had a great experience, thus why I called you again for this recent move. I must say that the level of professionalism has gone up substantially. Things were rather formal for the first experience but there was definitely a noticeable difference in procedures and attention to detail with this move. Thanks again for all of your help. Great job!

It is now 14 days since the move. I contacted the office moments after the movers left to report damages, including how they pulled a door off the hinges, left, and the door fell on me when I tried to close it.
After close to a week of chasing after people, we are now 14 days after the move and nothing has moved forward. I paid close to 1,000$ for a move that took 5 hours, 1 hour of which was a lunch break, where our house was damaged, our wooden furniture was left to soak in the rain because the movers had no tools at all, my mother's house was damaged, our brand new house was damaged, and our furniture was damage. So far no action has been taken, and there has been no indication that any steps are being taken to right such abysmal service.
The cost was not worth it, the choice was not worth it, the service was not worth it. After several very good experiences with Two Men and a Truck the past 2 years, all signs point to this being our final move with you.

Awkward move with an unclear column of stuff. Lots of stairs. One city to another. There were a few small hiccups, etc., But all within the realm of what could be reasonably expected. Movers were friendly, professional, and patient.
