- Excellent service to protect furniture to limit damage.
- The team did great for all the furniture to load. The shed was a little underestimated for the amount to load but they did well to load as much as possible in the truck and elements that would not be able to fit in my car.
- However, couple of furniture got scratch or part of the Pax broken (legs) and BBQ were damage during the move.

The movers were very courteous, worked quickly and were very clear when communicating with me. We did a long distance move that required a stop overnight and one of the movers gave me his phone number to communicate where they would be when, which I really appreciated. I was contacted by the office the day after my move to make sure all my questions were answered about my invoice and I was contacted before my credit card was authorized to let me know. Good customer service all around. The only way it could be improved was a clearer quote at the beginning, and I had some challenges contacting them to get more boxes but once I got a hold of them everything went great.

While as efficient as the moving team was, two important items were lost between points A and B. The follow up from the office team was slow, even though I called the same day we moved to report the missing items. They were supposed to follow up and no one did until it was escalated to a manager the following week. The items were never located.

We thoroughly enjoyed our moving experience and are happy to use the services of Two Men and a Truck especially with the team of Stephen, James and Traii. They were excellent, very helpful, accommodating and polite.

Great service. They were very efficient and did a great job of wrapping all the furniture. Friendly and polite. I particularly appreciated their honesty when I asked if they would move my lamps or if I should move them myself. And their patience when I remembered—just as they were about to drive to the new place—that I’d forgotten about my storage locker.
Website: I liked the website where I listed things room by room...though I’m not sure the info I provided was used. The one disappointment was that I listed several supplies that I needed during the website interview (garment boxes etc.) but no one contacted me about these.

The move was our first in sixteen years. We were very nervous about the move. The office put us at ease at every contact. The actual three gentlemen that did the move also relieved the stress. We thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts.

I was told if there was any "damage" I had 96 hours to claim it. It wasnt until i went back to old house i could not open garage door that was operational when i left to come to new house. Called office immediately to report. 3 days lster and several calls on my part I was told there was NOTHING they could do. I suggested they could pay for a service call from my garage door contact. Silence on other end of the phone. That service call only cost me $40 and your company was willing to refuse to pay that. In the end what must have happened was crew could not find button to close door so did so manually. If I was told that I could have saved myself lots of time. Crew was great and helped with taking away box springs that would not fit in new house.
