customer service in the booking and leading up to the move was second to none. Melissa booked us quickly, politely and informatively.

On moving day, Mike and the team were professional, personable and very hard-working. They handled our items with great care and had a wonderful attitude throughout the very long and very hot day.

Packing up and moving our family of 5 was no small feat and in the weeks leading up to our move, my husband and I were also dealing with extensive renovations at our new home, so we were going into moving day tired and spent. You took away so much stress and made what could’ve been a difficult day very easy on us. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who is looking.

Was very pleased with the service from Two Men and a Truck. The office team was prompt with their responses, helpful and thorough. The movers were friendly and courteous and took good care with our belongings.

The team was fast and efficient..A little more care could be taken with breakable items but all in all they were fine and helpful

Office staff were all extremely personable and courteous, answered every question and kept in touch regarding the move. Moving staff were okay - a few things were left behind in our old house and other things not assembled as requested in the new house. They also left a window open in our basement (which didn't have a screen) which we did not discover until a few hours later that afternoon. The guys seemed very nice and courteous, but there was a small amount of oversight which was a bit disappointing. I would've appreciated if they did one last sweep at the old house to confirm they had everything and a last sweep at the new house to ensure everything was arranged and assembled. Other than that, very nice guys and very careful/delicate with our belongings which was very appreciated.

The men who moved my furniture were very positive and had a fantastic work ethic. The only thing I didn't realize was payment on delivery - I had given my card ahead and had a friend at the house for the move. He ended up having to pay my bill on site (>$1000). Would have been good to highlight that in a conversation ahead of time so I could have made a different arrangement.

Office staff were very helpful before the move. We changed our plans a couple of times, but they handled it in-stride.
The movers were very professional and efficient.

Hannah and Melissa along with Cole, James and Raphael made my move virtually stress free. This was by far the best moving experience that I've had. Everyone was upbeat, friendly and courteous to my every need. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to everyone searching for a moving company. They will set your mind at ease.
