They arrived on time and were polite. Had no problems in carrying boxes of books up a flight of stairs to a study room. They were also amenable to take away old carpets that we had removed ourselves at an additional cost.

Quick response to inquiry, reasonable price, available when I needed a mover, great and careful moving team. The only recommendation is to use more floor covering mats. Otherwise, a great moving experience that I would use again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

The admin team was great getting everything lined up for us. Very friendly and organized! The moving team was awesome! They did a great job considering how much STUFF we had!! We would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

Fast, efficient moving team of 3: Jayden, Dennis, Ryan (?).

Had a sofa problem removing metal rails in order to move the sofa out of the basement. The moving team gave up too quickly deferring to the customer service team to resolve 48 hours later.
It was a simple ratchet disassembly req'd to separate 3 sections.
48 hours later the Ops Manager, Corey, disassembled and reassembled within 1 hour

JJ and Sid were professional and efficient in safely dissassembling/moving our stuff - and had no complaints about our awful narrow set of stairs! They had great energy throughout the day, have friendly personalities, and made the whole process of moving completely painless. If we ever move again, we will certainly turn to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK based on this great experience.

Two Men and a Truck made my move a breeze.
They wrapped the furniture well, and treated my antiques with extra care.
The day went off without a hitch, they arrived on time, everything was moved out of my third floor walk up and into my new split-level home with no damages to my belongings, or walls, etc.
Guys were friendly, and pleasant.

I would suggest more training on parking the truck. The driver seemed to lack experience backing into spaces and more training for the people guiding the driver while backing up. There were a few times while backing it it seemed the driver couldn’t hear the helper direct him and continued backing up.
Otherwise, they did a great job packing the truck. Loading and u loading. Nothing was broken!
