We were very unhappy with the services provided by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. The office team seems fine (aside from the delay in responding to our current complaints), but the movers themselves were unprofessional, negligent (they destroyed our kitchen table and damaged four other pieces of furniture, drove across our lawn with their truck, etc.) and overcharged us at the end of the move.

DO NOT USE!!

We were extremely happy with 2 Men and a Truck. Because we were moving 250 kms, we researched moving companies very well before deciding. The men were very experienced and efficient. Everything was wrapped and arrived in the same condition as when it left. They also put down runners to protect the floor. We would certainly recommend them.

Home was damaged during the move, is has been over a month and office team has not resolved issue.

Jay and Kalil were amazing. The did an excellent job clean, courteous, friendly and very helpful. 10000% these guys were the sweetest in personality as well.. outstanding job!!!!

I had to be away when my mother was moving homes, and I wanted to make sure that nothing went wrong. From the phone conversations to coordinate to the moving day itself, everyone was so lovely and accommodating. The guys took really good care of my mother's things, and she was so happy with their help. They went the extra mile to make sure all her items were packed well, and moved a couch for her!

My move went smooth as silk. The moving team showed up right on time and were very quick to get my belongings loaded up and then unloaded at my new home. Would highly recommend for anyone in Ottawa looking to hire movers.

The process from requesting a quote to confirming my move was thorough and quick. Team was very transparent upfront and during the move about fees for their services.
