The whole moving experience was positive. Movers were very pleasant and really took great care with my belongings. There was a problem getting a TV off a wall and Brian, the manager, came back to my house at the end of the move and spent a good half hour solving this problem. He did not even charge me for this. As a single woman I don’t know what I would have done without his help. Thank you to the whole team and most especially to Brian. I would absolutely recommend Two Men and A Tryck to my friends.

They came early and ensure my furniture was protected before moving it. They did not complain and were very nice. Some items that I could not dismantle and fix, they helped me complete that. I was satisfied with the service.

This is my second major inter-city move with this local company. This time was a little more complicated (tons of outdoor stuff) but the moving crew handled it with strong backs and cheerful attitude. Andrew, Kyler and Jake were enthusiastic and professional movers. They took great care in packing up and then were solicitous in placing furniture and boxes where I wanted them, whether on first floor, the basement or the outdoor shed. I called the office a number of times and Sarah was always friendly and informative and helpful. I would recommend this company from St Catharines to anyone. Thank you. Kathryn

I was happy with the service but very confused as I was told by the office that the time started from when they left the office and then, again, returned to the office. I did not want to go over the time because I did not want to spend more than the quoted $471. But when the two guys arrived at the door, they said okay you have 3 hours - and then they asked what I wanted done. I was assuming the office was about a 1/2 hour away from the home but was not quite sure so I tried to stick to about an hour or ana hour and a 1/2.

My overall experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was not positive. Unfortunately, the movers sent to perform the work were lacking in appropriate tools like power screwdrivers, pliers etc... causing significant delays in minor disassembly of items to be moved. We also were supposed to get 3 movers and ended up with 2 experienced movers and one trainee on the job for only a short time. This caused us a lot of delays and set backs in time. The experienced movers did not end up trusting the trainee to safely move the items we had and we often found ourselves having to help or supervise throughout the move making sure they used runners, blankets on new railings and floors etc... On a positive note, Management is very open to discussing and rectifying issues which is a big step.

The guys could have been a bit more careful of marring doorways.
But the were very polite, good natured and helpful.
I was surprised at the use of such a big truck when we said we only were moving a bed chesterfield one way and a loveseat and easy chair, the other way.
