The fellows were on time, courteous and took care in wrapping the furniture. When we got to the storage container I was worried there wouldn’t be enough room; and I didn’t have a plan “B”. Chris, Charles and McLoughlan were able to use the existing space and managed to get everything in with a foot of space to spare! Good job.

Cody and Liam were excellent, very nice and helpful young guys. Hard workers, respectful and polite.

The stress for this project of ours was reduced greatly by the fantastic job your staff did. In both setting up the job and the actual doing of the move.
The guys were very nice and courteous at all times and all questions were addressed with professionalism. Your Office Staff (Sarah) was very helpful and did a wonderful job in arranging the job. The person who did the initial assessment was really nice and gave us a real good feeling that we had picked the right company for the job. Once again thank you and we will always refer friends or people to your business.

I think the movers did a good job in getting my furniture moved from the 3rd floor to the 6th. They said it was an easy move and they would have it done in a ~2 hours. Unfortunately, it took 3.5 hours and they said it was because of having only one elevator. There were 12 pieces of furniture to move. When I moved into this building 3 months ago, it took the same length of time to move an entire household walking from the street, up the elevator and into my apartment. Yes, they did stop for about 10 minutes to help move some furniture in a room of which I did most of it and told me time was money. I am disappointed in the length of time it took them to do this. I will be moving again and I'm not sure I would use you again because of the time it took and cost.

Both Dan and Reg were AWESOME!!! They made moving day as pleasant an experience as it possibly could be!!

Moving staff was great. First contact with Cody was good but there was no follow up or call back. I had to call back 3 times to get an answer on availability. The verbal quote I original got ended up being a he said/she said. I never received a written quote until 2 days before my move and it didn’t reflect what I discussed with Cody or Sarah. I had to call again and follow up with an email so everything was documented. I ended up paying for more than I was quoted.

Chris and Jake were outstanding. I had heard that our friends were going to use your company for a future move, so I thought I'd try your service. To say I was very happy was an understatement. I assured my friends that if they had Chris and Jake as their movers, they could rest at ease that their move would be handled with great care. This whole experience started great from the time I went into your office and was greeted by Sarah and the way Sarah explained your services. Sarah made me feel very comfortable and this was the start of a great experience. Sarah was able to arrange the move for the next day. I hope that these staff members are recognized for their great work. Today, people tend to find the time to complain, but not to shown their appreciation for a job well done.
