We just completed a three day move yesterday (packing, move and unpacking) and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. The packers and unpackers, Sidney, Logan and Kyle, were quick, careful and efficient. The movers, Robert, Robert, Jordan and Logan (yes he worked all three days of the move) did an equally impressive job and bonus for keeping us entertained with their banter!

Unfortunately I was provided wrong information by the office staff in pricing. I was advised of the cost per hour but was told that the cost would be lowered if less time was used. Overall the job took exactly 10 minutes and the guys were efficient/friendly… then I was hit with a $225 bill. If I new that was going to be the cost I would have NEVER booked. It was too expensive for a job that small

Excellent company! The office staff, estimator, and 2 movers were all wonderful. Very customer focused and returned calls or emails very quickly. Chris and Kevin were the movers and they were so courteous, fun to be with, and wanting to please. They treated my son with autism very respectfully and tried to include him in the moving process. Definitely recommend this moving company!

Very helpful, thoughtful, and worked very quickly. Went above and beyond to move my belongings with care. Disassembled and reassembled items as necessary with care.

The movers were friendly and willing to do all that was asked and then some. They were careful with our belongings and our homes.
The only suggestion I would make would be that the company find a way to protect area rugs and carpets from dirt, and debris on the movers’ shoes. Realizing that grip on a floor is very important, I would suggest they roll the carpets first and then walk on bare floors

Can you please reply to my son Kevin's request for moving a one bedroom apartment from Port Rowan to Jordan?

The move team of Robert, Robert, Kevin, Ivan, Dallon and Kyle was stellar. Together they were skilled, efficient, respectful and friendly. We had a more than four-hour wait to get into my new place, but they still had a good attitude when they were finally able to unload the trucks. I also had excellent responses and support from the office staff throughout the experience. Well done!

Really great experience. Have already recommended to friends and family. The crew were not only efficient but also very polite and nice to our family. Really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.
