Overall, our moving day went very well. The estimated time was 7.25 hours, actually finished in 7 hours (including drive time)! The moving team was friendly, and worked non-stop.
Boxes were well identified as to where they were to go in new house; however, several ended on wrong level - only criticism!

The office staff and the moving team were all great. They took great care with my things and made sure everything was where I wanted it before they left. They were friendly and clearly enjoyed their jobs. I have used them two times before and couldn’t be more satisfied with the job they did. I would highly recommend them.

We were extremely happy with the whole experience with the St. Catherines unit - Sarah and Sidney handled all my questions very well. Coti came to the house and came back with a reasonable quote. I made some changes and Coti worked with me on that.
