Excellent service again from the office staff, to the 2 men who delivered my China cabinet.
Immediately my request was processed. Communication skills excellent and I had no worries that my request would not not dealt with professionally.
The 2 young gentlemen who moved my cabinet were very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On a cold, snowy Winter's day they were quick, efficient.
This is my second time using Two Men and a Truck. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Very disappointed with the service. I was told since initial contact that everything will be done.
We were told we would have 3 workers for our move. One worker was taken away to go to another job. The worker returned and did very light work.
Zak communicated to me after he learned that the truck was full.
Although some belongings were in bags, the truck was poorly packed. I later learned from Zak that the worker ( Rico ) walked off the job to go look after his dog.
When Zak was approached by my sister about the truck not being packed properly, Zak raised his voice at her and stated for her not to tell him how to do his job. My sister stated to Zak he needed to watch his role. Zak then raised his voice at her. I found this to be unprofessional and uncalled for.
I thought we hired professionals to do our move, but there was a lot of conversations going on that was not work related. Laughing and carrying on like high school teenagers.
The office staff said on the phone that the remaining work could be done @ $129/hr at a later date.
After paying over the estimated price, and the other stop not even completed, we feel ripped off.
Everything was supposed to be done at the estimated price. Now we have to pay again to have someone move our things from a storage facility and pay more to rent the storage unit.
Any move is stressful, but having to deal with the workers and a poorly packed truck, and a job not completed to our expectations, we will not be recommending your service

Keetan and Tyler were very mature and professional. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their abilities very quickly. They went above and beyond. The people in the drop off house were surprised they moved so fast and were so pleasant. Well done guys!!!

My Men were very helpful and organized careful and protected the floor as well as my items being moved. There was no damage. They even suggested a different way to set up my bedroom to maximize space. Extremely friendly and personable I would highly recommend the team I had and even though it was cold outside they never complained . No complaints as well with all the stairs..youthful and energetic to the very end exclamation I will be moving into my forever home soon and I will definitely use this company again

The service from two men and a truck was exceptional. Our new home was in a construction zone and Robert and Chris made it seem effortless. Polite, efficient and above all got the job done with no damages at all under very difficult circumstances. We would recommend without hesitation ????????????
