I was overcharged by 1 full hour ($199 plus tax). We tracked the arrival, departure & break times & added in travel. Lead site supervisor changed the amount to be charged to correct amount for the office to change it back before putting it on my card. Discussion with manager got me nowhere! BEWARE

Got two crews for a house swap I did with my parents. My parents crew was phenomenal, respectful and responsible. The crew that loaded my house lacked enthusiasm, seen them multiple times sitting in the truck on our rocking chairs telling jokes and vaping. Taking a break I understand. But every 30 min taking a 5 minute vape break is unacceptable. Then complaining saying we had too many boxes.

Excellent service! Office called prior to team arrival as discussed. Team was professional, well prepared, friendly. And most importantly, they were VERY careful removing my treadmill from the basement without damaging any walls or floors. It was a challenging lift but they were great!
I feel that the cost was well worth it and I'm very happy to have the space back in my TV room in the basement.
