Your staff delivered everything exactly as it was explained to me, the quote, arrival of crew, moving instructions, receipt. The chaps who moved were hard working and very courteous. The movers arrived on time. They were very careful and efficient. This is the second time we have used them and would definitely use them again.

From my first meeting with Ben through phone conversations with staff and to Zack and Junior, my wonderful movers, I was so impressed with the professionalism of all. The care given to my furniture, pictures, etc., was great. My daughter and son who were with me, and I were all so impressed, and we can honestly say we enjoyed my move. I was also very pleasantly surprised and appreciative of Cody coming to my home later to deliver a small, but much treasured, item that had slipped out of its container to the truck floor. I highly reccomend
Two Men and a Truck!

The office staff was very helpful in setting up the move and very courteous when we had to change the date. They gave us reminders and double checked that we were all ready. The movers themselves were prompt and very professional and lots of fun in a usually stressful situation. They were also very friendly with our dogs and respectful of property. They were careful with the trees and landscaping in the driveways. All in all it was an excellent experience and we would continue to recommend Two Me and a Truck. Michelle and Maddy and Mark

Very good experience. Only comment is I was unaware of the boxes needing to be taped & labeled soon enough, I was told this a couple of days before the move day. I had already packed some open containers (baskets etc) so we moved those ourselves.

The two movers were very nice and professional. They worked fast and efficently. They took great care in handling my mother's furniture. It was an overall excellent experience.

Everything was great with one exception. Rather than suggesting an antique picture frame be placed in a box, the movers wrapped it in a moving blanket and chipped off the edges in a few spots. They submitted a damage claim and the reply from the office was "our policy does not cover damage unless it was packed in a box". Movers move fragile items all the time and should have the expertise to recommend options. Also, on site they admitted that the moving blanket was wrapped too tightly and that is what chipped the frame. So, we are left with the damaged antique frame.
