The driver is responsible for driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) as well as packing, moving and safely transporting household goods, office furniture, and other heavy items while providing outstanding customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® customers. The driver should have general knowledge of functional support areas, including the core business, customer service, and moving.
The Mover is responsible to provide the best possible customer service by efficiently and effectively assisting the driver/trainer with the moving of home and business customer’s belongings.
Robert joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines and Niagara family in November 2018. He has exceptional customer service, and often has customers calling in to complement his work before he even returns to the shop from his job! Robert has a very strong work ethic, and goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done as efficiently as possible. When TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines took on Junk Removal, it was a no brainer to promote Robert to our in-house Junk Specialist.
Robert has excelled in this role, always going the extra step to recycle, repurpose, or donate any junk inventory leaving the local landfill as a last resort.
Robert is very passionate about health and fitness, never skipping a day at the gym after a long day’s work. When Robert isn’t working (or working out), he enjoys spending quality time with his son and his family.
Ben started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK St. Catharines and Niagara in October 2015. He started as a mover/driver, working on the front line for the first year and a half. Ben has since then progressed into an In-Home Sales Consultant position, providing customers with accurate in-home estimates. Ben is currently resided in St. Catharines enrolled at Niagara College, in the Business Administration; Sales and Marketing program. During his off days, Ben enjoys getting in a round of golf, or going on a hike in the beautiful Niagara Region. He also received a high five in June 2016.
Sidney Joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Niagara family in August 2019. Along with attending the Niagara College Office Administration Health Services program, Sidney also volunteered in the Niagara Falls General Hospital working in patient registration and medical records. She also is the administrator on Wednesday nights at Happy Feet Dance Studio. Sidney comes with 6 years of experience in the customer Service industry. She really believes in giving back to the community, which is a part of our core values.
Similar to Sarah, Sidney is very close with her Nana, so it is easy to see why TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s Grandma rule is close to her heart. Sidney and Sarah are actually sisters, which creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere in our office.
In her spare time, Sidney enjoys activities such as dance, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dogs.
Sarah joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines and Niagara family in February 2017! Along with attending the Niagara College, Business - Sales and Marketing Program, she attended many personal success courses including: the Dale Carnegie 8 week program, as well as: sales, customer service, time management and team building. Sarah comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the Customer Service industry! Although this is her first position in the moving industry, she completed a 2 year co-op with a real-estate company, after-which accepted the position of Administrative Assistant with the same realtor. This position gave her relevant knowledge and experience of the moving and real estate industries; including, the stresses of purchasing a home, selling a home, and relocating! Sarah was promoted to Office Manager in June 2018.
Sarah is very close with her Nana, so it is easy to see why TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®’s Grandma Rule caught her eye. This really hit close to home for her, and after further research and seeing the raving reviews for our team she knew wanted to be a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines and Niagara family.
Sarah enjoys lots of outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, long drives in her truck, and spending plenty of time with her Nana and lives in Niagara Falls.
Amy started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines and Niagara in February 2017. With Amy's post-secondary education at Georgian College in marketing and graduate program in event management at Conestoga College, she will bring new and fun creative ways to get out in the community and promote the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® -St. Catharines and Niagara brand to new potential customers. You may see her at local events with Truckie so make sure you say Hello! Amy moved to Niagara Region in Grimsby and enjoys her time on Lake Ontario and exploring local wineries and breweries in Niagara Region. She is a new mother of two daughters.
Cathy comes from a communications background and has been doing the bookkeeping and a number of administrative activities for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines & Niagara since 2013.
Cathy is a wonderful part of the team who works hard to maintain business financials and payroll. She strives to keep everything organized and done in a timely fashion.
Cathy really enjoys working with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines & Niagara Movers and customer service staff.
Cathy has a passion for hockey and family time. Cathy spends her spare time volunteering on the Brant/Brantford Drinking and Driving Countermeasures Committee and the Brantford Girls Hockey Association.
Cotie is a great example of hands on management, and owner engagement at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines & Niagara. He constantly seeks the feedback and suggestions of our employees to continue the compassion for family, customers, co-workers and the Niagara Region community.

Cotie is originally from Brantford, Ontario, and relocated to Grimsby in Niagara Region. Early September 2016 Cotie got married in Cambridge Ontario to Amy at her family farm. Cotie is now a father of two daughters. He enjoys sports such as hockey and squash and spending time with his family playing cards.
Truckie represents the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values and brand. He truly is a Mover Who Cares and strives to promote our brand as much as possible. Drew joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® St. Catharines and Niagara family in August 2019. He has held a 99.1% referral rating in his lifetime with the company and has just completed his 450th move!
He is a workhorse, always looking to help his peers when his job is completed. He is constantly bringing in glowing reviews for his work, and always finds a way to get the job done. When Drew is off the clock, he enjoys hiking the trails with his dog Simba. He has a new passion for smoking meats on his smoker. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, whom he resides with, in St. Catharines.
Sidney is not only an amazing Customer Service Representative, she is our professional packer. She treats all of our customers belongings the way she would treat her own grandma's things.
