While my move is not yet complete making arrangements for my move was quick and the office team was always very responsive. The movers were very communicative on the day of the move, easy to work with and very courteous and efficient. I would be very happy to have the same team complete my long-distance move and deliver my belongings to my new home.

The movers were fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience.

The only issue I had was a mix up around parking specifically for the packing service. I told the office staff well before the move that there wasn’t any parking around me as it was right downtown and I wondered how we should handle that. I was told that a customer service vehicle could drop the packers and boxes off. I responded to go ahead with that. But when the packers showed up they were in a big moving truck and had not heard about this conversation. It took time to figure out what to do with this big truck and I was disappointed in the lack of communication from the office to the movers since I went out of my way to bring it up.
