The move went according to plan except when it cam to traffic jams it made the move a lot more costly than estimated.
ic there any discounts that are applied for this type of issue?

On the day of my move, I was super anxious. I was leaving a nightmare and was worried about how things would go.
My team of movers were great! Everything went smoothly and fast. I finished well before what I originally thought. All my furniture arrived safely and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

All was good with the exception of the packing services. The packers did an extremely poor job (boxes were packed upside down, not labelled) and I was told that the packing would be finished the next day (clothes, wardrobe). However it was a different crew and no idea and I was left to pack everything myself. It took hours to get wardrobe boxes. The moving crew was very good and mike at the office did discount the hours which was good. However I was out for 2 days after with a bad back as I suffer from servers arthritis. Honestly I rated the overall service as poor because the packing team was a huge disappointment. The rest of the team was very good. It’s just unfortunate that this had to occur.

Scott the office coordinator and first point of contact did a great job of estimating my move and coordinating the logistics.
The moving team was friendly, efficient and hardworking. They asked questions when they were not sure if something was going with the move and were careful with walls and floors. The movers took care in wrapping large pieces of furniture with blankets and plastic wrap for protection. The move was completed within the estimated time frame and amount quoted. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and they would be the first company I would choose for another move

The movers (Dwayne and Tristan) assigned to my move were excellent and I would highly recommend them, however the quote was much lower than what I paid so better estimation would have been appreciated.
