The 3 gentlemen did a fantastic job! Considering we don’t have an elevator and we lived on the top floor of the condo, they were very careful not to damage anything. Labelled and moved everything very efficiently!

Our movers Matthew Jeffrey, Marcus Green, Dejour Jones Campbell turned a hectic and stressful move day into a breeze. They were professional, worked at an impressive pace, easily handled everything we threw at them, and really put the effort in to make us feel taken care of. The whole experience felt like collaborating with your favourite coworker. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I was happy with the service received apart from the 4 hour minimum clause in the contract because I only needed 5 items moved. I am also not happy about the difference in cost as I was charged just over $1000.00 and the charges as per the movers was $250 less according to their cost calculator. I would like to be reimbursed. I wonder if anyone will even contact me to discuss this matter?

Hi Claudine, Thanks for talking to us about your issues. As we discussed over the phone, You were advised about our service and cost before booking and signing your estimate. The cost for your move was correct and what you signed for. I think you might be doing the math wrong? Hopefully you did look back on your bill and see that everything was ok. Jeff and Darren are both lovely guys and are very hard workers.
They are polite and helpful and never stopped working.
They were apologetic when the tear to our leather sofa was discovered and assured us that they would file an accident report asap.
