I was happy with the service received apart from the 4 hour minimum clause in the contract because I only needed 5 items moved. I am also not happy about the difference in cost as I was charged just over $1000.00 and the charges as per the movers was $250 less according to their cost calculator. I would like to be reimbursed. I wonder if anyone will even contact me to discuss this matter?

Hi Claudine, Thanks for talking to us about your issues. As we discussed over the phone, You were advised about our service and cost before booking and signing your estimate. The cost for your move was correct and what you signed for. I think you might be doing the math wrong? Hopefully you did look back on your bill and see that everything was ok. Jeff and Darren are both lovely guys and are very hard workers.
They are polite and helpful and never stopped working.
They were apologetic when the tear to our leather sofa was discovered and assured us that they would file an accident report asap.

The men arrived on time and were very approachable.They were both good workers, with pleasant &friendly dispositions.
Both of your staff were very helpful,knowledgeable and worked very diligently.
Timing to get everything packed on the truck
was &stored was on track.
Great workers, with wonderful personalities.
I would use them again or reference them to others

I had a great experience using their services, they handled everything very well despite the fact that I grossly underestimated how much stuff I had, and were able to get some extra hands to help out with the move last minute. Great bunch of guys, would definitely recommend.

Wonderfully professional, on time, fast efficient and friendly. We felt like Geeza and Jeff were part of the family by the end of the day. Can't recommend Two Men and a Truck enough, they made the challenging and stressful moving situation manageable.

The team was punctual, positive, and efficient. Moving days can be stressful, but your team (in house and on the road) always seem to help alleviate that by their can-do attitude, great communication and customer service.

The office was very helpful and patient regarding my questions, Ryan specifically was very knowledgeable and friendly. Doug and his movers were so polite and friendly, very professional. They took great care with my items. I would highly recommend Doug and his crew, they took a lot of stress of my shoulders during the move! I will be using them again!
